## Description

Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige domein rond Microsoft ERP, CRM en BI binnen de organisatie én doet ook hands-on mee in de projecten. Je stuurt een team van ervaren Consultants aan en zorgt voor meer structuur, afstemming en efficiëntie binnen de werking. Je optimaliseert interne processen, definieert opleidingstrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat het team maximaal kan groeien in expertise én billability.
Daarnaast ben je een echte people manager die teams begeleidt, ondersteunt en motiveert, en die ook operationeel meedenkt bij complexe situaties of uitdagingen. Je fungeert als brug tussen management en team en helpt om prioriteiten scherp te stellen en verwachtingen duidelijk te maken. In deze rol combineer je coördinatie en leadership met een hands-on mindset waarbij je, waar nodig, zelf mee impact maakt op projecten en klanten.
