Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur an unseren Standorten in Österreich und Deutschland mit ca. 160 Arbeitsplatzrechnern (Windows)

 - Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Server-Infrastruktur (Exchange, Active Directory, SMB, DHCP, Azure, ESX, CITRIX)
 - Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Exchange-Umgebung sowie der Groupware-Funktionalitäten
 - Steuerung, Eskalation und Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern
 - Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (2nd Level Support)
 - Wartung und Pflege unserer Backupsysteme und Endpoint Security Lösungen
