* Du bist die primäre Ansprechperson für technische Anforderungen von internen und externen Kundinnen und Kunden
 * Du steuerst unsere IT-Dienstleister im Rahmen unserer SLA, und setzt Performance-Berichte auf
 * Du überwachst den reibungslosen Betrieb der lokalen IT und Retail Infrastruktur
 * Du erkennst Risikothemen im IT-Betrieb, bewertest diese und zeigst Handlungsoptionen für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung auf
 * Du unterstützt die globale IT bei laufenden Projekten und sorgst für eine effiziente lokale Umsetzung
