## Description

* erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Support-Anfragen: Abwicklung von Supportanfragen und Störungsmeldungen über das Ticketsystem, selbstständiges Troubleshooting
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware, Betriebssystemen und Softwareanwendungen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten, Zugriffsberechtigungen und IT-Services
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Infrastrukturbetriebs (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Firewall, Betriebssysteme) sowie Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systemlandschaft und Infrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate IT
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Security, Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Updates, Patches in Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate IT
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten
