## Description

Het realiseren van een data integratie/harmonisatie infrastructuur voor project Harmony (gezondheidswetenschappelijk onderzoek) waarbij datasets van consortium partners ge-automatiseerd ingelezen, geharmoniseerd en geintegreerd dienen te worden, Documenteren technische oplossing, Bovenstaande in afstemming met datastewards en projectgroep. II: Het realiseren van een data infrastructuur, dashboarding en automatisering van doorbelasting voor het gebruik van de Digital Research Environment op MS Azure.

There is a high unmet medical need to identify parameters that hamper the immunogenicity of COVID-19 vaccines in immunocompromised patients. The immunocompromised patient cohorts and RIVM are in the unique position to answer to this need. However, for overarching analyses and datasharing the differences in the way data is stored, the ontology that is being used, and hurdles regarding metadata and safe access to data need to be resolved. In order to allow data sharing and to conduct high-quality data analyses, information about data sets and data systems within the projects is needed, infrastructure has to be realized and an organizational structure has to be created.

De Digital Research Environment (DRE) is een nieuwe cloudgebaseerde IV-dienst speciaal gericht op onderzoekers die willen samenwerken met externe ketenpartners.
