## About the Role

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. A proactive approach, strong communication skills and confidence working with data systems and technology are essential. Experience of working with iSAMS or other MIS platforms would be advantageous but is not essential. The data administrator role will be based at the Senior School site, but there will be some occasional travel required to our Romsey and Winchester Prep Schools., We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with the Disclosure & Barring Service and past employers.

## Description

We are seeking an organised and detail oriented Data Administrator to join our Data Team and support the effective management of school information systems and data processes across the School Group.

This varied role is central to ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of pupil and staff data, enabling colleagues to access reliable information, reports and systems that support teaching, learning and day to day operations.

The successful candidate will assist with the administration and maintenance of the School's Management Information System (iSAMS), pupil records, attendance data, ID systems, room bookings and access control systems, while also providing first line support to staff and parents for a range of data systems. The role also involves supporting data protection and compliance processes, including maintaining records, assisting with data retention procedures and supporting Data Subject Access Requests administration. In addition, the post holder will contribute to ongoing Data Team projects and support the implementation of new systems and processes across the Schools.
