## Description

Prise en charge des appels entrants, qu'ils proviennent d'utilisateurs directs ou de retours de tickets, en assurant un traitement complet de bout en bout des demandes.

 - Gestion des incidents, des demandes et des problèmes, en veillant à la qualité de l'accueil des utilisateurs.
 - Consultation, mise à jour et enrichissement continu de la base de connaissances (KB) en fonction des activités réalisées.
 - Prise ne charge de la partie fonctionnelle des projets
 - Collaboration avec les autres opérateurs applicatifs et les experts de l'équipe en cas de lacunes ou d'absence de connaissances.
 - Prise par aux réunions avec les clients pour apporter vos analyses et votre expertise.
