## Description

OPTIMA AI développe des agents d'intelligence artificielle qui automatisent la conformité réglementaire des machines industrielles (Règlement UE 2023/1230). Données et traitements hébergés en Europe. Nous créons un poste d'Ingénieur DevOps / LLMOps pour industrialiser la mise en production de nos agents IA.

Vos missions

 - LLMOps / MLOps : déploiement et versionnement des agents IA, RAG et base vectorielle, observabilité des exécutions, jeux d'évaluation et tests de non-régression, maîtrise des coûts d'inférence ;
 - CI/CD : conception et exploitation des pipelines d'intégration et de déploiement continus, automatisation des tests et des livraisons ;
 - Infrastructure as Code & conteneurisation : Docker, Terraform, Ansible, environnements reproductibles ;
 - Supervision & MCO : monitoring, centralisation des logs, alerting, gestion des incidents, sauvegardes et PRA ;
 - DevSecOps : durcissement, gestion des secrets et des vulnérabilités, sécurisation des pipelines, conformité RGPD et AI Act ;
 - Documentation : runbooks, procédures, diffusion des pratiques DevOps.
