* Strong Windows Server experience
 * Excellent troubleshooting ability
 * Confidence investigating issues using tools such as event logs
 * Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, replication, certificates, and wider infrastructure dependencies
 * Experience across any of the following would be useful: VMware, Hyper-V or Azure Local, Citrix, SCCM / MECM, Exchange, Thycotic, Zabbix or other enterprise monitoring tools, Agile working environments
 * Ability to travel within Europe without restriction when required

## Description

* Lead troubleshooting across Windows Server environments
 * Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
 * Support projects involving virtualisation and hyper-converged infrastructure
 * Contribute to the move from VMware towards Azure Local
 * Work across technologies including server, storage, file, email and collaboration systems
 * Help define technical priorities, improvements and roadmap activity
 * Mentor other IT Administrators within the team
 * Support security, resilience, capacity and regulatory requirements
 * Research new technologies and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions
