* Demonstrated ability to deliver product in a tech startup environment
 * Experience integrating third-party data providers and APIs in production environments
 * Experience working with complex data models and multi-party workflows
 * Experience across full-stack web development, data analysis, and applied AI
 * Appetite for experimenting with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity
 * Experience building products in regulated or highly structured industries such as insurance, fintech, payments, health, or govtech would be a big advantage
 * Familiarity with compliance-aware system design, including auditability, permissions, data lineage, and security-by-default
 * Exposure to marketplace, platform, or workflow orchestration systems
 * Prior experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup

## Description

* Architect and build the core Konduit platform
 * Deliver the MVP and onboard early customers
 * Feed into product strategy and commercial goals to identify opportunities to quickly deliver customer value
 * Establish engineering best practices, infrastructure, and security foundations
 * Develop the Konduit canonical data model that underpins our platform
 * Integrate external data sources to power an intelligent allocation layer
