 * Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with a focus on driving impact
 * Strong growth mindset, sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion
 * Experience with a scientific computing language such as R or Python
 * Bonus: experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Superset, and Looker
 * Bonus: experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines

## Description

* Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data
 * Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop key product success metrics, set targets, measure results and outcomes, and size opportunities
 * Design, build, and update end-to-end data pipelines, working closely with stakeholders to drive the collection of new data and refinement of existing data sources and tables
 * Partner closely with product researchers to build a holistic understanding of our customers, our products, and our business
 * Influence product roadmap and product strategy through experimentation, exploratory analysis, and quantitative research
 * Build and automate actionable models and dashboards
 * Craft data stories and share findings and recommendations across R&D and the broader company
 * Drive and shape core RAD foundations and help improve how the RAD org operates
