## About the Role

* We want a strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
 * We look for experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage; former founders or early startup engineers are a plus.
 * We want someone interested in AI/ML who can quickly understand novel problems, capabilities, architectures, trade-offs, and limitations.
 * We value strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
 * We need a strong coder with deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
 * We look for the ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining high quality and a strong focus on business outcomes.
 * We want proficiency in using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
 * We need a strong communicator who can speak effectively with both engineers and non-technical audiences.
 * We expect willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and understand their needs.

## Description

* Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock the power of our AI capabilities to automate and scale support operations.
 * Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and help deliver outstanding results.
 * Work hands-on with customer technical teams as a trusted technical expert, coding side-by-side to drive projects to completion.
 * Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams to create seamless customer experiences, deliver projects successfully, and provide actionable product feedback.
 * Contribute to the evolution of our Forward Deployed Software Engineering function by codifying best practices and sharing insights from customer engagements.
