Experience creating guidance materials is also essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Responsibilities We have recently launched a Digital Transformation Programme, which includes introducing, replacing and improving several systems used across the organisation. In this role you'll design and deliver accessible training, create clear guidance and resources, and provide hands-on support so colleagues can use Microsoft 365, business systems and new digital ways of working safely and effectively. You'll work closely with teams across the organisation, listen to what people need, and help make digital change feel simple, inclusive and manageable.
