 * Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Pflege von Hardware und Software am Kundenarbeitsplatz
 * Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen im Rahmen von Installationen, Umzügen, Erweiterungen und Sonderprojekten
 * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
 * Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Betriebseinheiten und Projektteams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Mitwirkung bei Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und Prüfungen (z. B. DGUV V3)
