 * Du hast Führungserfahrung oder die klare Ambition dazu und kommunizierst souverän bis auf Geschäftsführungsebene.
 * Du kommunizierst klar auf Deutsch, Englisch sicher.

## Description

* Operations führen: Du verantwortest unsere Abläufe von der Auftragssteuerung über Jira bis zu den kundennahen Prozessen und entwickelst sie konsequent in Richtung Automatisierung.
 * SaaS-ifizierung: Du überführst unsere Prozesse in standardisierte, tool-gestützte Services, die über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg funktionieren und nicht an einzelnen Personen hängen.
 * Marketing-Monitoring: Du baust das Monitoring für unsere Kampagnen, Funnels und Kanäle auf und machst daraus Dashboards, aus denen das Management steuern kann.
 * Workflow-Automatisierung: Du etablierst unternehmensweite Standards, wiederverwendbare Automatisierungs-Bausteine und rollst sie ins Team aus, inklusive Enablement der Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
 * Führung und Schnittstelle: Du führst unseren Automation Developer und bist Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsleitung, Marketing, Support und Sales, wenn es um Prozesse und Automatisierung geht.
