 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer technischer Produkte oder Plattformen
 * Fähigkeit, technologische Themen (insb. AI und Automatisierung) in konkreten Business-Mehrwert zu übersetzen
 * Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie strategisches und gleichzeitig umsetzungsorientiertes Denken
 * Erfahrung im Umfeld von AI/ML, GenAI oder Developer Tooling
 * Kenntnisse moderner Softwarearchitekturen (z. B. Microservices, Cloud-native)

 * Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision "Dark Factory" mit Fokus auf AI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung
 * Identifikation und Priorisierung von Use Cases entlang des gesamten SDLC mit klarem Business-Impact
 * Aufbau und Pflege eines Product Backlogs für AI Agents, Automatisierungen und Plattform-Funktionalitäten
 * Steuerung der Entwicklung von AI-basierten Lösungen (z. B. für Coding, Testing, Refactoring, Dokumentation)
 * Definition von User Journeys sowie End-to-End-Prozessen innerhalb der Dark Factory
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit AI/ML Engineers, MLOps-, DevOps- und Plattform-Teams
 * Integration der Lösung in bestehende Toolchains (z. B. Git, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence)
 * Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit und Nutzbarkeit über verschiedene Teams und Domänen hinweg
 * Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Operating Models für AI-gestützte Entwicklung
 * Aktive Begleitung von Adoption und Change-Prozessen (Enablement, Workshops, Rollout)
 * Etablierung von Best Practices, Standards und Playbooks
 * Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Security-Anforderungen für AI-generierten Code
 * Abstimmung mit Governance-, Security- und Legal-Einheiten
