 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM im Bereich betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV)
 * Unterstützung der HR-Fachbereiche im Tagesgeschäft (2nd-Level-Support)
 * Anpassung der Abrechnungsprozesse an gesetzliche und tarifliche Vorgaben
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender HCM-Strukturen und Abläufe
 * Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen und Durchführung von Schulungen im HCM-Umfeld
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Payroll-, IT- und Fachabteilungen
