Job Type: Part-time ## Description * Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM. * Manage system configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations with other enterprise tools. * Maintain user roles, permissions, and system access, ensuring compliance with company policies. * Develop and deliver end-user training, process documentation, and provide ongoing support to sales, marketing, and operations teams. * Monitor and maintain data quality, performing regular audits and implementing data governance best practices. * Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Project Management teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting. * Build and maintain custom dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and client engagement metrics. * Partner with Marketing to align CRM workflows with lead generation, nurturing, and campaign reporting. * Support lead assignment, territory alignment, and standardization of CRM processes. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, adoption, and scalability. * Stay current with HubSpot product updates, features, and best practices, recommending enhancements aligned with business objectives. * Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with project management and ERP systems. * Serve as an internal CRM champion, promoting adoption and best practices across all departments., * Do you have a bachelors Degree?
