If you are interested in additional locations where the role may be available, we will provide the relevant compensation details later in the hiring process. ## Description * Lead the design, implementation, and support of our Digital Workplace solutions using M365 and other modern digital technologies * Act as a subject matter expert for digital workplace technologies, providing guidance, technical consultancy and support to users and stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to enhance productivity and collaboration in partnership with other IT areas * Manage and optimize M365 environments, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability * Proactively identify and address potential issues, implementing preventative measures to maintain system integrity. * Leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance digital workplace solutions and improve user experience * Utilize AI technologies to analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimizing workplace performance * Explore and integrate AI capabilities in collaboration tools to enhance communication and productivity * Explore and integrate AI capabilities in collaboration tools to enhance communication and productivity * 3rd level Business Critical incidents and requests.
