## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Hands-on experience with PC hardware (builds, repairs, or IT support)

 * Comfortable with Windows OS diagnostics and troubleshooting
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
 * Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
 * Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
 * Ability to maintain pace with production targets

Nice to Have

 * Experience in packing, cleaning, refurbishment, or electronics recycling
 * Familiarity with data erasure tools (Blancco, DBAN, etc.)
 * Experience with Apple macOS diagnostics
 * Warehouse or fulfillment center background

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular lifting of IT equipment up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking on a warehouse floor, and frequent bending, reaching, and carrying. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

## Description

ATI is a fast-growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and used electronics company. We buy, test, and resell a wide range of IT equipment - from laptops and desktops, networking gear, and peripherals. We're hiring a hands-on Computer Technician to join our warehouse team and keep product moving through our testing pipeline accurately and efficiently.

This is a physical, fast-paced role. You'll be working on the floor, handling and diagnosing real equipment daily.

Responsibilities

 * Power-on and functional testing of laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, and peripherals
 * Grade and accurately document hardware condition (cosmetic and functional)
 * Perform data wiping and OS reinstallation as required per company standards
 * Diagnose and flag hardware issues (failed drives, bad RAM, screen defects, etc.)
 * Prepare tested units for packing, labeling, and shipment
 * Maintain accurate test logs and update inventory records in real time
 * Move, stage, and organize equipment throughout the warehouse
