Liderazgo en iniciativas de transformación digital e hiperautomatización con herramientas como Bizagi, UiPath, Power Platform, SAP y MES. Enfoque consultivo y estratégico, trabajando con stakeholders de alto nivel para integrar procesos, tecnología y cultura organizacional. Conocimientos Principales : Modelado BPMN y herramientas como Bizagi, Visio, Signavio, Creatio, ProcessMarker o similares Automatización RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism o similares) e integración con ERP (SAP, Oracle, Siebel).
