## About the Role

* Experience with ADO Test Plans and test case management
 * Strong Agile/SAFe testing experience
 * Hands-on test automation and defect management experience
 * Proficiency with Gherkin (Given/When/Then) syntax
 * Experience using AI tools/agents for test case creation
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

 * Financial services or enterprise system experience
 * CI/CD pipeline and DevOps testing experience

## Description

* Develop and maintain complex test plans in ADO aligned to standards
 * Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test coverage
 * Create manual test cases
 * Create automated test cases using Gherkin syntax
 * Utilize AI tools to generate and enhance test cases
 * Execute SIT, regression, and functional testing
 * Execute both manual and automated test cases
 * Troubleshoot and maintain automation scripts (UFT, XPath, parameterization)
 * Document and manage defects; perform root cause analysis
 * Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and estimation activities
 * Communicate risks, blockers, and progress to stakeholders
 * Produce audit-ready test documentation and artifacts
