## About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Tester with strong hands-on experience in application performance, load, volume, and concurrency testing. The candidate should have experience designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to evaluate application behavior under different workloads.
Must-Have Skills

 * Strong hands-on experience in Application Performance Testing.
 * Experience with Load Testing.
 * Experience with Volume Testing.
 * Experience with Concurrency Testing.
 * Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or BlazeMeter.
 * Experience analyzing application performance under varying workloads.
 * Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and potential scalability issues.
 * Good understanding of performance testing methodologies and metrics.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Experience with Load Balancers.
 * Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
 * Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications.
