Desired Skills: * Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills. * Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. * Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. * Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus. * Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. Abilities: * Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. * Sitting for extended periods of time. * Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. * Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. * Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. ## Description Performs product engineering assignments of moderate scope in support of design, production readiness, and sustaining engineering. Applies standard methods with growing independent judgment to translate requirements, maintain technical product data, support prototype and production builds, and resolve routine manufacturing issues while escalating higher-complexity concerns. Responsibilities * Develop and revise product designs, models, drawings, specifications, bills of material, and related documentation for assigned components and assemblies. * Interpret customer, project, and technical requirements and verify assigned designs meet functional, manufacturing, quality, safety, code, and configuration requirements. * Respond to routine production-line engineering issues, perform initial root-cause analysis, and implement approved corrective actions within established processes. * Coordinate engineering deliverables and change releases to support upcoming production schedules; identify risks and communicate potential impacts. * Support defined portions of prototype, pilot, and first-build activities, including fit checks, testing, design verification, and closure of assigned actions. * Conduct design and drawing reviews for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability; document issues and follow corrections through completion. * Prepare and process engineering changes and maintain controlled product documentation in SolidWorks, Revit, and approved systems. * Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, project teams, and suppliers to evaluate options and resolve common technical issues. * Identify and implement practical improvements to engineering support, standard work, design quality, and product manufacturability within assigned scope.
