Essential Job Statements Performs: software product installations, setup and configuring of new enterprise systems, preventative maintenance on IT systems. Responds to: system outages, malfunctions, and technical problems Enhances capabilities of assigned systems through. Routine upkeep, maintenance, and patching. Performs device definitions, setup and management of user accounts. Assist users with technical issues and provide guidance on system usage. Develop and documents system processes, procedures, hardware and software inventory. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. Collaborates with the vendor to support end users and resolve trouble tickets. Coordinate with application support teams Act as the primary onsite contact for clinical areas assigned for initial troubleshooting and coordinating additional support from applications support teams. Proactively round in designated spaces multiple times a day, checking in with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure needs are met. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and understand processes to enhance system performance and user experience.
