## About the Role

* 5+ years of SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM experience.
 * Strong configuration experience in Employee Central and/or ECP.
 * Ability to work across functional workstreams.
 * Experience with implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Preferred Specialization

At least one consultant should have strong SuccessFactors Benefits integration experience, including:

 * Benefitfocus
 * ACA-related integrations
 * Benefits carrier interfaces
 * Benefits-to-payroll integration

Required Public-Sector Payroll Experience

Candidates with experience in county, city, state, municipal, or K-12 payroll environments are strongly preferred.

Relevant experience includes:

 * Public-sector compensation structures
 * Longevity pay

## Description

* Support SuccessFactors configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment.
 * Configure Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll based on assigned workstream.
 * Support business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, defect resolution, and production readiness.
 * Assist with payroll parallel testing and reconciliation.
 * Support integration testing across EC, ECP, Time, Benefits, Finance, and external systems.
