The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors and a proven ability to design, build, and scale intelligent agents, automations, and workflows within governance guidelines., * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors. * Hands-on experience developing REST API and MCP custom connectors in Copilot Studio. * Experience with CI/CD deployment processes in Power Platform. * Prompt engineering expertise for Copilot agents. * Problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions. * Integration skills with APIs, connectors, and enterprise data sources. * Analytical capability to define, collect, interpret usage data, and present insights to leadership. * Business acumen to translate needs into use cases and guide users to the correct tools. * Leadership and ownership to operate independently and in teams as an adoption leader. * Excel power user skills including VBA/Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data visualization. * Prior experience with enterprise-scale support and proven experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365.
