The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EHR/EMR, Health IT, Health Informatics, and Organizational Change Management (OCM), along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise IT projects., * 7-9 years of relevant Project Management experience. * PMP certification with a minimum of 5 years of PMP-certified experience. * Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations. * Hands-on experience implementing an EHR/EMR system for an organization transitioning from paper-based charting. * Strong experience with EHR/EMR, Health IT, or Health Informatics. * Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) preferred. * Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors. * Must currently reside in Pennsylvania. * Must be able to work from the Harrisburg office 2 days per week as requested. * Willingness to participate in occasional off-site meetings at State Health Centers when required.
