Or 8+ years of experience in audience segmentation. * 5+ years of experience in campaign development, audience segmentation, or marketing analytics. * Proven ability to lead complex data initiatives and manage multiple priorities independently. * Deep experience in developing audience strategies and automation workflows using campaign platforms. * Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases. * Strong documentation skills. (e.g. Requirements, Tutorials, Instructions, etc.) * Passion for improving consumer experiences through data-driven marketing. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a "one team" mindset., * Experience with CRM systems and other marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Unica, Adobe Classic, Adobe Experience Platform). * Strong project management skills * Adobe Experience Platform certification or equivalent. * Prior experience in healthcare or other regulated industries. * Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
