Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-profile, dynamic environment and must be willing to support various projects, often simultaneously. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration., * Bachelor's degree required OR 8+ years of experience * 5+ years of experience in talent strategy, learning & development, organizational effectiveness, or a related field * 3+ years developing unique talent programming from scratch and facilitating sessions * 3+ years delivering learning and development training * Proven ability to translate data, research, and stakeholder input into clear statements, insights, data and trends to influence strategic talent decisions * Experience using both quantitative data and qualitative feedback to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions * Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast paced, high visibility environment * Established project management and execution skills, including ownership of end to end * Effective listening and facilitation skills, including the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders * Professional presence and comfort interacting with senior leaders * Demonstrated ability to leverage external research, benchmarks, or industry trends to provide thought leadership Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Agile principles and practices, including iterative development and continuous improvement * Financial services industry experience * Deep experience training and coaching people * Experience mining talent data for insights and targeted programming * Proven interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment * Reliable with excellent prioritization skills and a clear focus on results * Self-starter and comfortable interacting up, down and across the organization * Professional presence and comfort interacting with senior leaders Skills Employee Development Strategies: Knowledge of employee development objectives and methods; ability to design, implement and monitor an organization's employee development strategies. Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization. ## Description Equitable is looking for a Team Member, Talent Strategy & Programming candidate to join the Talent Strategy & Programming Team, one of several teams within the Innovation & Design Office. You will develop a comprehensive, fit for purpose, data driven talent lifecycle strategy, built from first principles, and deliver fresh programming that targets the right talent with the right opportunities at the right times. You will also partner with senior stakeholders to problem solve, design and develop measurable and impactful data-driven solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work independently but also collaborate with and lead others, thrive in an ambiguous environment and have a relentless focus on outcomes. You will be a builder with low-ego energized by the challenges that come with creating new things.
