## Description

A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a motivated Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join its team. This position is ideal for an entry-level IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience supporting clients with technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, eager to learn, and passionate about technology.
Responsibilities

 * Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues
 * Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, and user accounts
 * Document, update, and manage support tickets
 * Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
 * Maintain accurate client and support documentation
 * Deliver exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution
