You'll run and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, partner closely with the Social team, and use data to make sure every campaign supports client goals and performs at a high level.What You'll Do:Execute and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and PinterestApply best practices across the paid social landscape while managing multiple campaigns at onceBuild and refine complex audience targeting strategiesManage daily budget pacing, bids, and optimizationsQA all campaign setups, launches, and reporting for accuracy and qualityMonitor performance, analyze KPIs, and identify optimization opportunitiesOptimize content calendars and paid plans to ensure clean, reliable dataPartner with client teams on day-to-day communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solvingCommunicate insights clearly in writing and presentationsYou Bring:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience1+ years of hands-on experience planning
