This is a hands-on, in-office position for someone who is comfortable being the company's go-to person for a wide range of technical needs. Responsibilities include setting up equipment for new employees, resolving technology issues, maintaining the company's phone systems, tracking equipment, managing user accounts, and supporting office technology such as televisions, security cameras, and electronic door locks.
