Preferred Qualifications * Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, or related Microsoft 365 certifications. * Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and/or BitTitan MigrationWiz. * Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain re-homing. * Experience migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. * Experience with hybrid Exchange and hybrid identity environments. * Experience supporting migration-to-steady-state transition and knowledge transfer. * Exposure to user adoption strategies, change management, and technical training. * Experience working in regulated industries or large enterprise environments with complex or multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments. ## Description We are seeking an experienced M365 Migration Specialist to support large-scale Microsoft 365 migration initiatives, including migration planning, tenant setup, execution, governance, and user adoption.
