## About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot, along with frontend development experience using React. This role will have a strong backend focus, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend development.
Must-Have Skills

 * 3 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
 * Strong programming experience with Java.
 * Strong experience with Spring Boot.
 * Hands-on experience with React.
 * Strong experience working with relational databases / SQL.
 * Ability to develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
 * Good understanding of frontend development and integration with backend services.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments.
 * Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Experience with Cloud technologies.
 * Experience with Gen AI / Agentic AI.
 * Integration testing experience.
 * Experience with modern microservices-based application development.
