## About the Role

* Familiarity with monitoring tools.
 * Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

Preferred Qualifications

 * CCNA or similar networking certification.
 * Experience supporting energy or utilities sector environments.
 * Experience with ServiceNow.
 * Prior experience in a NOC or network operations environment.

## Description

We are seeking a NOC Analyst to provide network and infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and escalation support. This role is focused on maintaining uptime across critical systems. The position involves working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts., * Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts.

 * Identify, triage, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
 * Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate to engineering teams as needed.
 * Maintain and update runbooks and monitoring documentation.
 * Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows.
 * Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
 * Manage conference bridges for Problem Management.
