## About the Role

Senior Project Manager - Fluent in Cantonese & English, * Fluent in Cantonese and English, spoken and written

 * 10+ years of project management experience in large, complex IT environments
 * Experience working with distributed, global teams across time zones and cultures
 * Broad exposure across IT domains such as network, application development, infrastructure, and AI initiatives (this is not a hands-on technical role)
 * Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, comfortable operating as a trusted go-between across teams with different working styles
 * Preferred: experience with organizational integration, M&A IT integration, or separation/carve-out projects

## Description

* Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Hong Kong IT team and global IT leadership
 * Facilitate discussions and translate technical context between Hong Kong and other regional teams
 * Support efforts to secure, stabilize, and modernize the Hong Kong IT environment
 * Help shape and execute a longer-term integration strategy for the region
 * Build trust with a long-tenured local team to help preserve institutional knowledge through the transition
