This role will work with healthcare claims data and business requirements to develop data transformations, implement pricing and reimbursement logic, and validate results., * Develop and maintain healthcare fee schedule solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python * Translate business and reimbursement requirements into technical logic and data transformations * Analyze healthcare claims data to support fee schedule development and validation * Develop SQL queries and Python scripts for data processing, transformation, validation, and automation * Implement and validate pricing logic based on business requirements * Perform functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing * Compare expected versus actual pricing results and investigate discrepancies * Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data, business rules, or technical implementation * Develop automated validation processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fee schedule testing * Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify pricing rules * Support UAT and resolve issues identified during business testing * Perform data reconciliation and identify gaps or inconsistencies in fee schedule coverage * Support deployment and post-production validation * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and onshore/offshore development teams * Document technical logic, testing procedures, and validation results * Other duties as assigned, AArete, LLC ("AArete") may utilize Artificial Intelligence/Automated Decision-Making Technology/Automated Employment Decision Technology tools and resources ("AI" or "tools" or "resources") to assist humans in generating job descriptions and postings, recruitment, analyzation of information, screening candidates, evaluation of candidate information, and assisting humans in the selection of potential candidates by all levels of AArete employees for all positions., AArete may use Microsoft Co-Pilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, LinkedIn Recruiter AI and Hiring Assistant, Jobvite Talent Fit and AArete HireSense.
