In this role, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and operational health of our Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise cloud environments. You will monitor systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and execute scheduled operational activities. This position features a fixed four-day schedule, with 10-hour shifts, including weekend coverage to provide extended operational support. We are seeking applicants with strong troubleshooting skills, cloud technology experience, and the ability to work independently during extended shifts. Work Schedule * You will work one of two established four-day schedules: Thursday through Sunday or Saturday through Tuesday, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week. * Weekend coverage is required to ensure operational reliability during periods of limited traditional staffing.
