The position provides advanced network administration, engineering, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Tier 3 escalation support across Museum campuses, regional offices, cloud connectivity, and external service-provider connections. The Tier 3 Network Lead is responsible for maintaining stable network operations, proactively identifying performance degradation, coordinating service restoration, and providing technical leadership for network incidents, changes, upgrades, and projects. This position is 100% onsite.
