## About the Role

* The key clarification is that the client wants a strong senior Product Owner first.
 * Twilio is a plus, but not the primary filter. Client mentioned that none of the candidates we had presented so far had real product experience.
 * Some were good and strong on technical but lacked PO experience which is the primary need.

Please recalibrate sourcing as follows:

 * Senior Product Owner experience is mandatory
 * Strong communication, ownership, and independent stakeholder management are critical
 * Cloud voice / contact center / IVR experience is highly preferred
 * Twilio experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
 * Healthcare experience is not mandatory
 * Please avoid PM, scrum master, or technical Twilio profiles without real product ownership experience.
