PhD preferred. * 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with specific expertise in training and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs)., * Active Security Clearance TS/SCI w Poly * Experience working with government agencies or within the public sector, understanding unique challenges and compliance requirements (e.g., data security, privacy, etc.). * Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) with demonstrated experience in developing LLMs. * Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including transformer architectures such as GPT, BERT, or similar. * Experience in handling large datasets and optimizing models for performance and scalability. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate mission requirements into AI-driven solutions. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Desired Skills & Abilities * Experience working on government projects related to national security, defense, or intelligence. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and tools for scaling machine learning models in production environments. * Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and explainable AI methodologies. * Current or previous Top Secret/SCI clearance is highly desirable.
