* At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
 * Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
 * Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
 * Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
 * Very good command of the English language

## Description

 * You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
 * You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality - whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them

 * You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
