## About the Role

* Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.

 * Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).

 * Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.

 * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

 * Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.

## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,

asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device

lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and

coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support

 * Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).

 * Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.

 * Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure Support

 * Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.

 * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipment.

 * Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.

 * Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.

Asset Management

 * Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.

 * Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.

 * Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.

 * Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.

Project & Site Support

 * Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.

 * Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.

 * Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.
