## About the Role

* Experience in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field through studies or equivalent training
 * 3-5 years of experience supporting and coordinating large-scale projects or transformation initiatives
 * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international and evolving environment
 * Interest in agile delivery methodologies; ideally, you have worked with frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
 * Ideally, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, IPMA, PfMP, or PPMC
 * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology and innovation
 * Professional English skills, both written and spoken.

## Description

* Support the execution of the IT transformation journey to improve efficiency and agility across Group IT
 * Assist with the setup, coordination, and reporting of high-priority initiatives as PMO
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements
 * Support the planning and delivery of Group IT events such as Quarterly Planning and Preparathon
 * Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder exchanges
 * Help introduce new tools and technologies to optimize processes and ways of working
 * Document processes, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
