 * On-site, * Betreuung und Ausbau von IT-Infrastrukturen für Bau- und Handwerksbetriebe in der Region - praxisnah, direkt beim Kunden
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Support von branchenspezifischer Software (z. B. California.pro, AutoCAD, Handicraft) sowie Standard-IT-Komponenten (Workstations, Server, Netzwerke, Multifunktionssysteme)
 * Anwendersupport per Fernwartung oder vor Ort - lösungsorientiert und mit direktem Draht zum Kunden
 * Durchführung von Schulungen, technischen Einweisungen und Vor-Ort-Beratungen
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen - pragmatisch und anwendernah
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem eingespielten Team, flache Hierarchien und viel Raum für Eigenverantwortung
