 * Be an early applicant, * Steuerung des gesamten Quality Assurance (QA) Lifecycles in ServiceNow: Planung, Defect-Management, Reporting
 * Ausbau und Implementierung automatisierter Prüfprozesse mittels Automated Test Framework (ATF)
 * Durchführung von Risiko- und Auswirkungsanalysen bei Plattform-Upgrades, inklusive Release- und Regressionstests für einen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb
 * Qualitätssicherung wissensbasierter Module, z. B. Content-Strukturen, AI-Search-Relevanz und User Journeys im Employee Center
 * Frühzeitige Einbindung von QA in die Anforderungsanalyse; kritische Prüfung von User Stories auf Machbarkeit, Testbarkeit und Vollständigkeit
 * Überwachung von Qualitätsgates und Steuerung externer Dienstleister mit transparentem, lösungsorientiertem Defect-Reporting
 * Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Backlog-Pflege, Erstellung und Verfeinerung von User Stories und Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien
