## Description

* Entwickle und gestalte die CRM-Architektur inkl. zukünftiger KI-Lösungen weiter
 * Konfiguriere und customize Salesforce Features, wie bspw. Case Management
 * Integriere 3rd-party Systemen (bspw. Telefonie, Chatbots) über APIs und Middleware Tools
 * Implementiere, automatisiere und erstelle Workflows zur Optimierung der Customer Service Prozesse
 * Führe Datenmigrationen, -validierungen und -bereinigungen durch
 * Nimm am gesamten Entwicklungszyklus teil, von der Anforderung bis hin zur Bereitstellung und dem Support unserer CRM-Lösungen
 * Pflege und stelle die Aktualität der Entwicklerdokumentation sicher
