## About the Role

* Hands-on commercial PHP development experience
 * Previous experience delivering real software projects
 * University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
 * Strong academic record - approximately German grade 2.5 or better
 * Interest or practical experience with AI development tools
 * Curious, proactive and motivated to take on new challenges
 * German at C1 level or above - mandatory
 * Currently based in Frankfurt or willing to relocate to the Frankfurt area
 * Comfortable working from the office 3 days per week

## Description

You'll join one of several product teams, working closely with Team Leads and Project Managers on the continued development of banking, card and payment products.

 * Build and continuously develop PHP-based financial applications
 * Deliver new functionality across banking, cards and payments
 * Take ownership of technical projects directly from experienced Team Leads
 * Collaborate with Project Managers on new product initiatives
 * Contribute ideas to technical and product improvements
 * Use AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving
 * Take on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate your capabilities
 * Work in a dynamic product environment where initiative is rewarded
