Deine Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen:

 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerke, Infrastruktur oder DevOps
 * "Everything as Code" Mindset und Automatisierungsorientierung
 * Automatisierung mit Ansible, Terraform und Cloud-Init
 * Kenntnisse im Betrieb von OpenStack sind von Vorteil
 * Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes und Helm Charts)
 * Prometheus und Grafana (Metriken, Dashboards, Alarmierungs-Pipeline)
 * Scripting (Bash und Python, PowerShell von Vorteil)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux-Tools, Netzwerktechnik und Datenbanken Erfahrung mit Git und CI/CD-Integration
 * Leidenschaft für die Optimierung von Best Practices und die Modernisierung des Tech Stacks
 * Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und Fehlerbehebung in mindestens einer Programmiersprache
 * Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Team und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Be an early applicant, * Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung der On-Premises-Cloud und anderer interner Projektdienste
 * Design und Wartung modularer IaC mit Terraform (Planung, Status, Version Control)
 * Entwicklung von Automatisierungstools (Python, Bash, Ansible)
 * Betrieb und Fehlerbehebung von Ceph Storage
 * Verantwortung für Monitoring und Alarmierung (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
 * Anwendung von Sicherheitsgrundlagen (Schwachstellenanalyse, SAST, Access Control, 2FA, VPN)
 * Pflege der Dokumentation, Best Practices, Einarbeitung von Teammitgliedern und Unterstützung anderer Entwicklungsteams
 * Definition und Überwachung von SLIs, Verantwortung für SLOs und Abstimmung von SLAs mit Stakeholdern
